My boyfriend and I fell in love with this little island on our first visit in March 1999, we liked it so much that we returned in December of the same year! :-) Before our first visit I searched the Net for some information about Cayo Largo, but I was very surprised to find out that the information available is very limited. On our second visit (December 99), we took a lot of photos and gathered as much information as possible to build this website, that I hope you will find interesting and useful, and above all will make you want to discover Cayo largo or return back. | Cayo Largo is a natural paradise where you feel a little bit like Robinson Crusoe really away from city life! A virgin island for people who likes natures and the wildlife and are looking for a non-commercial quiet place. If you are looking for a party like ambiance, a hectic nighlife, shopping malls, or a McDonald, you will be very disappointed! But, if you are looking for tranquillity, a relaxed atmosphere and endless gorgeous and almost desert beaches with fine white sand and clear turquoise waters, then Cayo Largo might be for you! :-) I hope you'll enjoy your visit of my website! :-) |
